The MacMillan Center wishes to publicly recognize and reward employees for excellence in performing their duties at the Center and associated departments within the university.
There will be a quarterly prize awarded to an employee who is nominated by his or her peers and selected by management.
MacMillan Center staff, faculty, affiliated faculty, post-doctoral fellows, and students are invited each quarter to nominate employees for recognition.
MacMillan Center management will select and email the winner and a runner-up. The winners will be announced at the next staff meeting.
Prizes will be in the form of a certificate, which expires in one year, that is good for one of the following (to be selected via web form by the winning employee):
- Movie tickets (cost: $80-100)
- Lunch or dinner for two (cost: $100)
- Lunch for the employee’s department (cost: $100)
- Ten one way/off peak tickets on Metro-North (cost: $131)
The runner-up will receive a parking pass good for one month of parking in Luce Hall’s parking lot.
